Educational expenses
- Tuition Fee for the Preparatory Faculty: 155,000 RUB (approximately $2,000) — 100% prepaid.
- State Fee for Invitation Processing: 960 RUB (approximately $15).
- Accommodation in the Dormitory: Around 3,500 RUB per month (approximately $45 per month).
- Medical Insurance: 5,100 RUB (approximately $65).
- Fingerprinting and Medical Tests: 10,000 RUB (approximately $130).
- Visa Extension for the Duration of Studies: 1,920 RUB (approximately $25).
- Personal Expenses: Approximately 20,000 – 30,000 RUB per month (approximately $255 – $400).
Admission process
1. Filling out the online application.
Provide personal information, select the field of study, and submit documents translated into Russian and notarized.
2. Application review.
Wait for a response from the official email of the university. Attach your consent and participate in an online interview.
3. Document processing.
Receive the agreement, pay the tuition, the state fee, and attach the receipts.
Attention! Payment of the agreement does not guarantee admission to the university or the issuance of a visa. In case of visa denial, the payment under the agreement will be refunded upon request to the account from which the payment was made.
4. Invitation and visa.
Prepare the necessary documents while waiting for the invitation:
- Original education document and its annex + translation into Russian, notarized or consular certified.
- Original passport + translation into Russian, notarized or consular certified.
- HIV-negative certificate.
- Six 3x4 cm photos.
When the invitation is ready, you will receive the invitation number via the official university email. Submit your documents to the consulate for your visa application.
